the statue of liberty

Just came back from New York:



Hehe... it's an artificial one in Odaiba, Tokyo. This is like the second liberty statue i've seen - (ok both are fake ones) another one is in Auckland, New Zealand which looks like being made of polystyrene.
the view of tokyo city from Odaiba at night is great. The view with Rainbow Bridge, TV tower, artificial statue of liberty and lights that shines like stars all together make an unforgetable night scene.

However, the island is very quiet at night when we were there on a weekends. The 'moving object' that we met the most is this creature that keep saying 'irashaimase':

we tried to block whichever direction it was trying to head to, and in the end it stopped. and it still stopped there when we were leaving. opps..


We had kaki (oyster, which is in season during winer from hokkaido) ramen again though we already had our dinner =p (Every wed night is ladies night and ladies get 50% off your meal!)
